Toppings are playful extras that make every tour even more exciting. At each stop, the corresponding Topping is displayed based on the facts about the attraction. Trust me, this makes your tour even more unique!

Yes. The app is available for free in the app stores. Free tours can be enjoyed as often as you like. Creating a custom tour requires Toins (Topping Tours Coins, our internal currency), which can be purchased through in-app purchases.
To create custom tours, you need to purchase Toins (Topping Tour Coins) via in-app purchase. Creating a single tour requires 2 Toins, which is equivalent to €6. A bargain, don't you think?
No. If your tour includes museums, for example, you can, in addition to the facts and Toppings about the museum itself (which Topping Tours provides), also visit the museum or exhibitions. However, admission fees are not included in the tour price. Also, be sure to inquire about opening hours and capacity if you plan to visit a museum, for example.

Die App steht zu Beginn in den Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch zur Verfügung (Englisch ist die Fallback-Sprache, sollte dein Smartphone mit einer anderen Sprache laufen). Die Tour-Inhalte werden in der Sprache generiert, die am Smartphone eingestellt ist, sofern es eine davon ist (Fallback-Sprache ist wieder Englisch):
Creating a custom tour is done using advanced AI technologies and typically takes between 3 and 10 minutes. Please understand that in rare cases, it may take a little longer – for example, if a large number of tours are being created simultaneously or the AI interfaces are temporarily at full capacity.
It's easy. Once you've created a custom tour, you'll see a QR code (also accessible under "All Tours" > "My Tours" > "Share Tour"). Up to five other people can scan this QR code in their Topping Tours app using the "Join Tour" function, and the same tour will be available to them under "All Tours" > "My Tours." And the best part: Sharing is free! So, if there are six of you, the experience costs just €1 per participant!
Yes, a stable internet connection is currently required both to create and experience a tour. As soon as offline functionality is available, we'll be happy to inform you via the app.
AI services support Topping Tours in creating customized tours. This includes the facts and Toppings for the individually selected points of interest. The voice output is also generated with the help of artificial intelligence. This offers you the opportunity to create a customized tour with your desired sights, your desired Toppings, and in your language, within just a few minutes!
Topping Tours is available for both iOS (Apple Store) and Android (Google Play Store). You can find the system requirements directly in the respective stores.
